摘要
目的:探讨儿科护理工作中纠纷产生的常见原因,采取应对政策后的临床效果。方法:在2006年1月-2009年1月3年内本科共处理各类儿科护理纠纷240例,对所有的纠纷事件进行归类总结,然后按照不同类型的纠纷采用不同的处理对策,并且观察在对策实施后的临床效果。结果:240例护理纠纷事件中,家长原因造成的纠纷占第一位,其余依次为护理人员的自身因素以及医疗费用问题。在采取相应的应对政策后,1年内临床观察,儿科护理纠纷问题明显减少。结论:有效的医患沟通、护理人员自身问题的纠正以及社会政策的调整是降低儿科护理纠纷的关键。
Objective: To investigate the common causes of disputes arising in pediatric nursing, clinical effect after taking the policy response. Method: Two hundred and forty cases of pediatric nursing disputes were treated in Our department from January 2006 to January 2009, all nursing disputes were classified, then according to the different types of disputes with different treatment responses, and to observe the clinical effect on the implementation.Result: In 240 cases of nursing dispute, parents causes disputes accounted for the first, followed by the rest of their own factors of nursing staff and medical expenses.In the appropriate policy response, 1 year clinical observation, the problem of pediatric nursing disputes decreased. Conclusion: Personnel communication between doctors and patients, the effective nursing their own problem correction and social policy adjustment is the key to reduce nursing disputes.
