摘要 目的:监测本院多重耐药菌感染现状及分布,研究持续性干预对控制多重耐药菌医院感染的效果评价,为临床采取多重耐药菌预防控制措施提供依据和指导。方法:监测调查2011年1月-2012年12月本院多重耐药菌患者496例,通过预警、督查措施落实情况、存在问题反馈等一系列干预措施,评价汇总。结果:通过两年持续地监测,本院收住多重耐药菌病例科室分布前3名,以呼吸内科、神经内科、神经外科为主,两年中比较无差异;多重耐药菌医院感染病例,以老年病、糖尿病、肿瘤病例为常见,多重耐药菌患者数与多重耐药菌医院感染病例数无比例关系;常见多重耐药菌株,与国内报道比较无差异;多重耐药菌预防控制措施落实到位与否,直接关系到是否存在院内传播。结论:进行多重耐药菌监测,能及时发现多重耐药菌科室分布情况,根据医院及科室的特点,及时采取各种多重耐药菌预防控制措施,控制多重耐药菌的院内传播,保护其他住院患者和医护人员的安全。 Objective: To detected of our multiple drug-rosistant bacteria infection situation and distribution of research sustainable intervention to control the hospital infection of multi-resistant bacteria effect evaluation, for clinical provides the basis for prevention and control measures and multiresistant bacteria.Method: Four hundred and ninety-seven patients with muhi-resistant bacteria were detected and investigated in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2012, through feedback early warning, supervision measures to carry out the situation, problems and a series of interventions were evaluated and summaried.Result: Through two years continuously monitoring, the hospital admitted cases multi-resistant bacteria top three department distribution, mainly respiratory medicine, neurology, neurosurgery, two years was no difference.Cases of multi drug resistant bacteria infection in hospital, aged diseases, diabetes, cancer cases were common, multi drug resistant bacteria number of patients with multi drug resistant bacteria in nosocomial infection cases no proportional relationship.Common multi drug resistant strains, had no significant differences compared with the domestic reports ; multi drug resistant bacteria prevention and control measures put in place or not, was directly related to the existence of nosocomial transmission.Concluslon: Multiple drug-resistant bacteria monitoring, can discover the distribution of muhidrug resistance bacteria departments, according to the characteristics of hospital and department, to take various measures to prevent and control of multidrug-resistant bacteria, control the spread of multi drug resistant bacteria in hospital, the protection of other patients and staff safety.
