摘要
本文从医患沟通、医疗费用、医德医风、医院的安全保障、医院形象、医护人员素质等六方面论述了非医疗因素缺陷其对医院整体满意度的影响,并提出具体整改措施。
This article discuss the factors of affecting the overall hospital satisfaction from some aspect of non-medical reasons, such as the communication between doctors and patients, medical expenses, medical ethics, the hospital security, the image of the hospital, the medical care personnel quality, and puts forward some concrete measures of increasing overall hospital satisfaction.
