摘要
针对车载型光电桅杆工作时受到的风载影响问题进行了研究,以有限元分析的手段对某型光电桅杆在八级风和十级风条件下的静力倾摆和动力模态进行了分析。2种条件下该光电桅杆的最大变形位置均出现在桅杆顶端,其最大变形量分别为9.02 mm和11.9 mm,即桅杆在两档风力下的最大侧摆角分别为1.5 mrad和1.9 mrad,满足桅杆倾摆要求。进行模态分析后前三阶的振型频率分别是123.62 Hz、124.53 Hz、603.53 Hz,可以认为基本避开了载车发动机60 Hz的共振频率。
The wend influence of the vehicle opto-eleetronic mast is researched. The statics laying bare and dynamical mode of the opto-electronic mast under eight and ten class wend condition are analyzed. The biggest distortion position of the mast under the two conditions appears the top of the mast. And the biggest distortion mete partings are 0.902 mm and 1.19 ram. The biggest side angles under the two conditions are 0.15mrad and 0.19mrad. And it can complete the moving request of the mast. After the mode analysis the former three rank mode frequencies are 123.62 Hz, 124.53 Hz,603.53 Hz. It can be considered that the mode keeping away from the vehicle motor 60 HZ resonating frequency.
