基于SPM的大脑皮层重构

摘要 VBM是两组被试区域灰度密度的体素比较方法,它主要通过SPM(统计参数映射)包得以实现,本文进一步介绍了SPM关于VBM的图像分割的基本原理和具体操作步骤.按照基于体素的大脑皮层重构的理论,利用matlab实现了大脑皮层的快速重构. Voxel-based morphometry(VBM)involves a voxel-wise comparison of regional greay-matter density between two groups of subjects, which almost is implemented within the statistical parametric mapping package.This paper introduces the fundamental principle of segmentation of SPM further,as well as the specific operation steps of the software. According to the theory of reconstructing human cerebral cortex form magnetic resonance images based on voxel,we can implement cerebral cortex reconstruction u- sing matlab.
