新疆高校少数民族学生入党积极分子的培养和教育工作研究

The Study of the Minority College Students Party Activists Culture and Education Work in Xinjiang

加强少数民族大学生入党积极分子的培养教育工作是做好少数民族大学生党员发展工作的基础,意义重大。新疆高校在培养教育少数民族学生入党积极分子过程中,存在一些亟待解决的问题。在分析少数民族大学生入党积极分子教育培养问题的基础上,提出需要采取的应对措施和必须加强制度建设的建议。

Strengthening the training and education of the party activists of minority college students is the foundation of the development of party members of minority college students, which has great significance. During the training courses, there are still some problems in the universities of Xinjiang province. Based on the analysis of the existing issues, the author puts forward some suggestions to strengthen its system construc-tion and some measures to handle the problems.
