喀什地区乡村民族小学教师教学现状调查分析——以疏附县为例 被引量:2

摘要 疏附县乡村小学教师以维吾尔族教师为主,只有乡中心小学有几个汉族教师或者民考汉。乡村民族教师汉语水平普遍较差,教学基本上是用汉语教材,用维语言教学,造成双语教学中教师吃不透教材,把握不好教学目标,学习目标难以实现等结果。论文分析了出现以上问题的原因,并提出了对策。 Shufu county rural primary school teachers in Uygur teachers, only a few Han nationality township central primary school teachers or minkaohan. Rural minority teachers of Chinese are generally poor, teaching basically is Chinese textbooks, the Uygur teaching, cause teachers in bilingual teaching for impermeable mate rials, Not grasp the teaching goal, Learning objectives are difficult to achieve.This paper analyzes the reasons for the above problems occur, and put forward the countermeasures, is expected to provide help to the bilingual teaching in rural primary school in Kashgar area.
