外治法治疗强直性脊柱炎急性期疗效观察

Th e Curative Effect of External Use Methods in Treatment of Ankylosing Spondylitis in Acute Stage

目的探讨外治法治疗强直性脊柱炎急性期的临床疗效。方法采用随机对照法,疗程2周,共纳入强直性脊柱炎患者106例,将患者按1∶1随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组53例,予乐松片口服+外用治疗,其中脱落2例,对照组53例,予乐松口服,其中脱落4例。以脊柱痛、患者总体评价、晨僵时间、指地距、胸廓活动度、Schober试验、BASFI、BASDAI、ESR、CRP作为观察指标,用ASAS20作为临床疗效评价。观察不良反应的发生情况。结果患者106例入选该研究,共脱落6例,2周后,治疗组中患者总体评价、晨僵时间、指地距、Schober试验、BASFI、BASDAI较对照组改善(P<0.05),治疗组ASAS20较对照组好。两组患者均未出现血常规及肝肾功能损害。结论外治方法对强直性脊柱炎急性期的治疗有很好的疗效,并且安全可靠。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of external use methods in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis（AS） in acute stage.Methods：106 AS patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to 1∶1.The treatment group including 53 cases,falling off 2 patients,was used the loxonin tab and the external use methods.The control group including 53 cases,falling off 4 patients,was used the loxon tab.Some indices were observed such as the spinal pain,the patient total evaluation,the morning stiff time,the hand distance from the ground,the chest mobility,the schober test,the BASFI （AS function index）,the BASDAI （AS disease activity index）,the ESR and the CRP.In these indicators,the ASAS20 was explored for evaluation of the clinical curative effect.Results：106 patients were involved in this research.However,6 cases in them were expulsed.After 2 weeks,these indicators improvments in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group obviously such as the patient total evaluation,the morning stiff time,the hand distance from the ground,the schober test,the BASFI and the BASDAI （P＜ 0.05）.The ASAS20 of treatment group was better than that of the control group.There were no obvious adverse reactions in these groups.Conclusion：It is safe and reliable of the external use methods in treatment of AS in acute stage.
