加减大陷胸丸对油酸型急性呼吸窘迫综合征大鼠血清TNF-α和IL-8的影响

Influence of Modified Daxianxiong Pill on TNF-α and IL-8 of Rats with Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome Induced by Oleic Acid

目的观察加减大陷胸丸对油酸型急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)大鼠血清TNF-α和IL-8的影响。方法取SD雄性大鼠30只,随机分为空白组、模型组、中药低、中、高剂量组,每组6只。除空白对照组外,其余4组均尾静脉定量注射油酸0.17 mL/kg复制ARDS模型。观察时间为给药后24 h。中药各组在注射油酸后2、12 h给予对应剂量的加减大陷胸丸灌胃。空白对照组与模型组以生理盐水代替,方法同中药组。结果中药高剂量组血清中TNF-α、IL-8含量明显低于模型组(P<0.01或0.05)。结论加减大陷胸丸具有明显抑制油酸型ARDS大鼠血清中的炎症因子TNF-α、IL-8的作用。

Objective：To investigate the influence of Modified Daxianxiong Pill on TNF-α and IL-8 in serum of rats with acute respiratory distress syndrome （ARDS） induced by oleic acid.Methods：Rat model of ARDS was established by injection of OA with 0.17 mL/kg.30 Wistar rats were randomly divided into the normal group,the model group,the low dose group of Chinese medicine,the medium dose group of Chinese medicine and the high dose group of Chinese medicine.Rats were given medicine at 2 and 12 h after model establishment.Results：The serum contents of TNF-α and IL-8 in the high-dose group of Chinese medicine were significantly lower than those of the model group （P＜ 0.01 or 0.05）.Conclusion：This study suggests that Modified Daxianxiong Pill can decrease the TNF-α and the IL-8 of rats with ARDS.
