石荠苧总黄酮治疗流感病毒性肺炎小鼠的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察石荠苧总黄酮对甲型H1N1流感病毒PR8株感染小鼠肺炎的影响。方法滴鼻感染小鼠建立流感病毒性肺炎模型,采用预防性给药,以利巴韦林为阳性对照,观察给药后各组对小鼠死亡率、生存时间、肺指数的影响。结果石荠苧总黄酮给药后能明显降低流感病毒PR8株感染后小鼠的肺指数、减少死亡率并延长生存时间(P<0.05或0.01)。与阳性组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论石荠苧总黄酮在体内对甲型H1N1流感病毒PR8株感染小鼠造成的病毒性肺炎具有明显的治疗作用。 Objective:To investigate the effect of flavonoids from Mosla Scabra on treatment of influenza H1N1 virus (PR8) in mice.Methods:The nasal dropping method was adopted to infect normal mice to establish pneumonia model of influenza viral infection.The pulmonary index,the mortality and the life span of mice were compared among groups after medication.Results:The flavonoids from Mosla Scabra of 3 doses markedly decreased pulmonary index and mortality after infection in normal mice,as well as prolonged life span.There was no significant difference statistically as compared between flavonoids from Mosla Scabra and Ribavirin.Conclusion:The flavonoids from Mosla Scabra can treat pneumonia of influenza viral infection remarkably.
