“从风论治”腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

Clinical Experience of Treating Lumbar Disc Herniation from Fengxie Theory

目的 观察治腰第一方“从风论治”腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效.方法 运用治腰第一方治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者60例,每日1剂,4周为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后评价其疗效.结果 所有患者经过1个疗程的治疗后进行随访,随访时间10～48个月,平均随访时间20个月,末次随访时按照疗效评价标准,其中治愈24例,显效24例,好转10例,无效2例,总有效率96.67％.结论 治腰第一方“从风论治”腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效显著.

Objective：To observe the curative effect of Zhiyaodiyifang Decoction according to Fengxie theory in treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods：60 patients with lumbar disc herniation were treated with Zhiyaodiyifang Decoction.After 4 weeks called a course of treatment,the clinical effects were assessed in these patients.Results：With a treatment course of 4 weeks,the average follow-up time was 20 months（among 10 to 48 months）.The curative effect showed that the the total fineness rate was 96.67％ which including the 24 patients with cure,the 24 patients with excellence,the 10 patients with improvement and the patiens with valid.Conclusion：It is worth to extend clinical application of Zhiyaodiyifang Decoction according to Fengxie theory in treatment of lumbar disc herniation which has a better curative effect.
