针刺开窍利咽组穴配合辨证取穴治疗假性球麻痹临床观察

摘要 目的观察开窍利咽组穴配合辨证取穴治疗假性球麻痹的临床疗效。方法将161例患者随机分为治疗组81例和对照组80例,均在常规内科治疗的基础上,治疗组给予开窍利咽组穴、辨证取穴及咽后壁点刺疗法,对照组给予项针加咽后壁点刺疗法,分别于治疗前,治疗2个疗程后给予洼田饮水试验、大西幸子言语功能状态分级评定。结果治疗后两组患者洼田饮水试验、大西幸子言语功能状态分级均较治疗前有明显改善,但治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论开窍利咽组穴配合辨证取穴治疗假性球麻痹临床疗效确切。 Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncturing Kaiqiaoliyan points combined with differentiation points on pseudobulbar palsy.Methods:Patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n =81) and control group (n =80).Based on routine medical treatment,treatment group was treated with acupuncturing Kaiqiaoliyan points combined with differentiation points,while control group was given item needle combined with acupuncturing pharyngeal.Kubota water test and sachiko onishi speech function status classification were evaluated before and 2 treatment courses.Results:Kubota water test and sachiko onishi speech function status classification of both groups were improved,while treatment group improved significantly compared with control group (P< 0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncturing Kaiqiaoliyan points combined with differentiation points has a good effect on pseudobulbar palsy.
