温阳通经柔筋缓急法治疗尿毒症不安腿综合征38例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Wenyangtongjing and Roujinhuanji Method on Restless Legs Syndrome of 38 Patients with Uremia

目的观察温阳通经柔筋缓急法治疗尿毒症不安腿综合征的临床疗效。方法将患者随机分为两组,对照组采用充分血液透析及西医对症治疗,治疗组加用温阳通经柔筋缓急法施治。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温阳通经柔筋缓急法治疗尿毒症不安腿综合征具有良好的临床疗效。

Objective：To observe the effect of Wenyangtongjing and Roujinhuanji method on restless legs syndrome of uremia.Methods：Patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.Control group was given sufficient hemodialysis,hemofiltration and the treatment of regular western medicine,while the treatment group was added with Wenyangtongjing and Roujinhuanji method reinforcement and relieving the acute symptoms therapy.Results：The total response rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group （P＜ 0.05）.Conclusion：The therapy of Wenyangtongjing and Roujinhuanji method has a good clinical effect on the treatment of restless legs syndrome of uremia.
