美国德州农工大学工程学院实践教学探究

Inquiry of Engineering Practice Teaching in Texas A & M University,U S

实践教学是工科学生获得直接的、真实的工程经验有效途径之一,也是提高高校教育教学质量的重要保证。本文在重点阐述美国德州农工大学工程学院实践教学体系中重要环节——课程实验、毕业设计、实习的实施情况基础上,综合分析了其以学生为本的理念,公平、公开、节约、安全、互惠的原则以及企业高度参与等特点,为提高我国高校实践教学水平带来几点重要启示。

Practice teaching is not only an effective way for engineering students to obtain direct and real engineering practice,but also an important guarantee of improving education quality.Firstly,we focus on discussing implementation details of several important links,such as course experiment,graduation design and internship program,in practice teaching system of Engineering in Texas A ＆ M University in USA.And then we analyze some successful characteristics of the practice teaching system,including the concept of student-centered,the principle of fair,open,save,security and reciprocity and companies participation.Lastly,some useful and important revelations to improve practice teaching level of high school are explored.
