摘要
通过文献复习、实地调研及国际交流等方式,深入了解国内外知名大型样本库的创建过程及其管理经验。对我国目前样本库的现状分析和总结,阐述了综合医院建立重大疾病样本库的必要性及样本库标准化管理的迫切性。经过规范化、科学有效地收集、保存和利用现有重大疾病组织血液样本,为转化医学研究提供了宝贵丰富的资源,对综合医院建立标准化的重大疾病样本库在促进医学科学研究进程中发挥着举足轻重的作用。
By exploring clinical biobank establishment and administration,a lot of important problems such as collection and preservation of samples,quality control,management and application,development of standardized operational procedures are summarized in the article.To sum up,clinical biobank is highly useful in sharing human tissue resources effectively,as it can provide high quality specimens from benign and malignant diseases and normal control.In addition,it plays a very important role in exploring pathogenesis,developing new technologies for early detection of disease and new therapeutic strategies.
