基于因子分析法的我国各省市公路网综合绩效评价

Study on Assessment for Comprehensive Performance of Road Network Based on Factor Analysis

随着区域统筹的深化发展,公路在经济发展中承载着越来越重要的作用。公路网络建设不仅是决定地域经济发展的重要因素,甚至对区域经济发展也起着重要作用。在构建公路网综合绩效指标的基础上,运用因子分析法对全国各省市的公路网及其社会经济效应进行评价,通过横向比较分析各地公路的建设与使用情况,为各省市合理有效地规划公路建设提供决策依据,促进我国区域经济协调发展。

With the deepening of the overall regional development of China, road has assumed a more important role in the economic development. The construction of road network not only decides the economic development of Province, but also the regional economy. On the basis of constructing comprehensive performance indicators of road network, evaluate the road and its social economic effect using the factor analysis method and carry on the crosswise comparative analysis of them. The research results promote more reasonable and more effective decisions to plan and construct the road network , and balanced development of regional economies.
