地方高校基于“卓越工程师教育培养计划”的工程专业综合改革探讨

A Discussion about Integrated Reform of Engineering Majors in Local Universities Based on “Excellent Engineers Training and Education Project”

专业是高校人才培养的载体,是高校推进教育教学改革、提高教育教学质量的立足点。"卓越工程师教育培养计划"与"专业综合改革试点项目"同是教育部在"十二五"期间实施的重大改革计划项目。通过对地方高校工程专业基于"卓越工程师教育培养计划"的培养方向而进行的专业综合改革问题进行讨论,介绍了高校工程专业发展的现状及存在的四方面问题,重点就工程专业改革中的人才培养模式、实践教学体系、教学团队建设和教学制度保障等方面进行了探讨。

How universities educate talents is based on their established majors, which are the start point how universities further reform their education and teaching system as well as improve their education quality. The ＂Excellent Engineers Training and Education Project＂ and ＂Experiment Project of Integrated Reform of Majors＂ are both important projects implemented by Ministry of Education during the 12th five-year-plan period. This article discusses the integrated reform of engineering majors in local universities based on the ＂Excellent Engineers Training and Education Project＂. This article introduces current situation of engineering majors in universities and problems in four aspects, mainly discussing about how to reform talents education model, practice teaching system, teaching team establishment and support of teaching system in engineering majors.
