摘要
明代的杭州出版业在全国的地位虽然较之宋元时期有所下降,但它仍然是全国重要的图书出版中心,坊刻和图书流通更是在全国出版业中有着举足轻重的地位。杭州的书坊出版了一大批图书,特别是在市民社会兴起的背景下,受商业利益的驱使,通俗文学、科举考试用书和实用类图书成为书坊刻书的主要品种,杭州书坊敏锐的市场意识和经营策略对于今天的出版业仍有重要的启示和借鉴价值。
In Ming dynasty, though declined in some degree compared with its role in Song and Yuan dynasty, Hangzhou was still one of the important book publishing centers in the nation. Its engraving and circulation occupied a significant position. Hangzhou' s bookshops published a large quantities of books. With the rise of civil society and driven by commercial interests, Popular literature, examination books and practical books became the main varieties of engraved books in the bookshop. Their keen market awareness and business strategy has the important enlightenment and reference value for today' s publishing industry.
