摘要
为了研究IT服务外包企业竞标成功因素,发挥企业竞争优势以适应市场需要的途径,以北京市IT服务外包企业为研究对象,通过问卷调查和数据分析,统计竞标成功和企业竞争优势的构成要素,归纳企业技术优势诸要素的构成模式,确定企业年龄与产品符合度成正相关的关系。通过聚类分析,发现不同国家来源的客户偏好选择不同年龄企业,但这只是一种表面现象,在其背后起重要影响作用的是产品符合度这一重要的竞标成功要素。最后结合定性分析和企业文化因素,提出了参考建议。
To investigate success factors in bidding for IT outsourcing companies, and moreover, to utilize competitive advantages of enterprises to satisfy market demands, this paper makes IT outsourcing companies in Beijing as our objects of study. Elements of successful bidding and competitive advantages of companies are statistically analyzed by a questionnaire survey and the following data analysis. A positive correlation between company ages and product conformities is also revealed. In this paper, we use cluster analysis to discover that customers from various countries prefer companies at different ages. Product conformity, the key success factor in bidding makes this phenomenon happen. Finally, suggestions are made through qualitative analysis and considering culture factors.
