摘要
为了探究施肥对库尔勒香梨品质的影响效应,在田间条件下,以树龄为20年的库尔勒香梨树为研究对象,设置了不同氮、磷、钾配比施肥处理共14个,研究了不同施肥处理对香梨果实品质的影响情况。结果表明:施肥能明显提高香梨红晕果率及果实中还原糖和维生素C的含量,降低香梨的果皮厚度、果实硬度及果实中的总酸含量;以香梨内部品质指标中的还原糖和维生素C含量为生产目标时,推荐氮、磷、钾肥的施用量分别为300~375(N)、300~375(P2O5)和67.5~75.
In order to research influences of fertilization on fruit quality in Pyrus brestschneideri, taking 20 years P. brestschneideri as research objects, influences of 14 treatments of N, P, K fertilization proportion on fruit quality in P brestschneideri were researched in the field. The results show that fertilization can improve red fruit rate, contents of reducing sugar and vitamin C, but can reduce pericarp thickness, fruit firmness and total acid content in fruit. Taking the internal quality indexes of contents of reducing sugar and vitamin C as a production target, the optimal fertilization quantity is N 300-375 kg/hm^2, P205 300-375 kg/hm^2, and K2O 67.5-75.0 kg/hm^2.
