How to Make the Housing Construction Really Become a New Economic Increasing Point of Our Country

在借鉴发达国家经验教训、密切联系中国实际的基础上 ,提出了住宅建设真正成为我国新的经济增长点的具体办法和措施 :一是大量兴建经济适用住房 ,形成整个国民经济的良性循环 ;二是实现住房商品化 ,启动房地产市场 ;三是加强宏观调控 ,规范房地产市场。我国的住宅建设作为经济增长点 ,其拉动经济增长的作用会日益显现出来。

Based on the experience of developed countries and close integrated them with the Chinese practices, some particular measures and methods are put out to make the housing construction really become a new economic increasing point of our country: first, to build a large amount of economical and suitable houses and form the sound cycle of economic activities; secondly, to accomplish the commercialization of housing and open the real estate markets; thirdly, to strengthen the government's function of macro coordination, and regularize the housing market. As the new economic increase point, our country's houseing construction will promote the economic growth quickly.
