河北省可持续发展综合优势能力分析

Analysis on the Sustainable Development Overall Strength of Hebei Province

从可持续发展研究的系统学方向 ,对可持续发展理论作了简要的解析。借鉴西方经济学中“比较优势理论”的基本思想 ,定义了区域可持续发展“综合优势能力”的内涵 ,并设计了区域综合优势能力的计算方法。进而制订了河北省可持续发展综合优势能力的“资产负债表”和“资产负债图” ,并对其可持续发展的五大支持系统优势能力及综合优势能力进行了深入地分析。

The paper provides a brief analysis of the theory of sustainable development from the perspective of system science. The concept of 'the overall strength & capacity of regional sustainable development (OSCRSD)” is defined and a computational approach for OSCRSD is designed in terms of the Comparative Strength Theory. Furthermore, a balance sheet and its corresponding figure, together with the author's deep analysis and comments, are provided for assessing the OSCRSD of Hebei Province.
