The Public Construction and Enjoyment of Knowledge Economy and Document Information Resources

针对知识经济的基本特征 ,就知识经济环境下文献信息资源的存在形式、分布状态、处理方式、传递模式及信息资源的共享内容与方式等问题进行了深入分析 ,提出了创建我国信息市场运行机制、联合共建信息资源网、实现信息资源共享的构想。

This article is aimed at the characeristics of knowledge economy and analyzes deeply the issues such as the existing form ,the situation of distribution ,the way of management ,the model of transmission and the content and way of information resources enjoyment under the condition of knowledge economy. In addition ,this article suggests the conceptions such as establishing the information market mechanism of our country , consrtructing the network of information resources and realizing the public enjoyment of information resources.
