台州近代才女屈蕙生平考

Study on Qu Huixiang——A Talented Woman in Modern Taizhou

屈蕙是台州近代著名的诗人、教育家,郡望临海,生于太平,适于黄岩,其生卒年为1860—1932年。屈氏富有文学才华,转益多师,其《同根草》、《含青阁诗草》成就杰出,与其夫王咏霓感情笃厚,且对台州的中初等教育作出了开创性贡献。

Qu Huixiang was a famous poet and educator in modem Taizhou. Her native place was in Linhai, but she was born in Taiping in 1860, married in Huangyan and died in 1932. Learning from several poets, Mrs. Qu had rich literary talent that her poetry anthology Tonggen Cao, Hanqing Ge Shicao obtained outstanding achievements. Besides, she loved her husband Wang Yongni very much as well as having made pioneering contribution in the elementary and middle, education in Taizhou.
