摘要 目的:探讨麻醉机的工作原理及麻醉气体浓度输出的检测方法。方法:介绍麻醉呼吸机及其蒸发器工作原理,分析影响蒸发器麻醉气体浓度输出的因素,并根据现行标准对未来麻醉气体浓度输出的检测方法进行初步探索。结果:建立了氧流量分别在1 L/min和5 L/min的麻醉气体浓度输出的测试方法,该测试方法包括检测环境、检测仪器以及检测项目。结论:麻醉气体浓度输出的控制有助于提高医院的医疗质量,降低医疗风险,对临床使用麻醉呼吸机的医生、护理人员和医学工程人员均具有重要参考价值。 Objective: To study the principle of the anaesthetic machine and measurment methods for output concentration of anaesthetic gas. Methods: Based on introduction of the principles of anaesthetic machine and its evaporator tank, it analyzed some impact factors that influence the concentration value of anaesthetic gas output. Thereafter, the measurement method of output concentration of anaesthetic gas will be preliminarily studied and discussed according to some relative standards. Results: The measurment methods for output concentration of anaesthetic gas are established, including test environment, test equipment and its connection, test items and methods. Conclusion: The quality control of anaesthetic gas output will contribute to improve the medical quality and reduce the medical risk. The article will be helpful to relevant clinicians, clinical nurses and mecical engineers
