摘要
目的:对胸部肿瘤斜野照射治疗首次摆位射野参数不符进行探讨,通过患者体表标记和升床标记提高摆位精度。方法:选择加速器治疗的40例胸部肿瘤斜野照射的患者首次摆位核对升床,照射野与模拟定位时的数据进行对比。结果:通过对患者首次摆位与模拟定位射野参数核准时升床高度误差为3~8mm;按医嘱升床及射野参数摆位,射野边界误差为3~9mm。结论:通过模拟定位射野参数摆位与体表标记不符的现象,寻找摆位误差的原因。
Objective: To explore the chest tumor oblique wild first position inconsistent treatment beam parameters, it can improve the positioning accuracy. Methods: The accelerator 40 thoracic tumors oblique field irradiation in patients with the first positioning liter bed radiation field with analog positioning data comparison. Results: Bit analog positioning patients for the first time placed a high degree of error of 3 to 8mm; liter bed when the beam parameters approved by your doctor liter bed and beam parameters anyway, the the beam boundary error in the 5 to 9mm.
