目的:探讨新生儿疾病筛查中促甲状腺素(TSH)酶联免疫吸附试验操作实验的影响因素,有效控制实验结果的准确度,避免假阳性结果的出现。方法:对每次实验结果进行认真分析,总结其实验结果的影响因素。结果:通过进行TSH酶联免疫吸附试验操作实验,有效提高了实验结果的准确性,减少了实验结果的假阳性和召回率,节约了人力和物力。结论:在实际TSH酶联免疫吸附试验操作实验中的经验总结简明、实用,能有效地控制好实验的精确度,提高实验结果的准确度,适宜推广。

Objective： To explore the influence factors of TSH ELISA test in neonatal diseases screening, ensure the accuracy of the test results and reduce the experimental results of false positive. Methods： To analyze the results from every test and summarize the factors that influence the outcome results. Results： The TSH ELIASA test can improve the results accuracy, reduce the experimental results of false positive, save the supplies and human resources. Conclusion： The experience from this test should be summarized and it can improve the test accuracy and it should be spreaded.
