2000-2012年国内中医护理技术应用文献分析

Literature Analysis of Clinic Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Technology from 2000 to 2012

目的通过文献回顾,分析中医护理技术临床应用的现状,拟定干预对策,促进其进一步的推广和发展。方法经计算机检索CNKI、CBM、VIP、万方数据库,收集和整理2000年1月—2012年12月有关中医护理操作类调查文献258篇,根据文献调研结果进行分析。结果根据检索标准对文献进行分析整理,最终纳入调查类文献11篇,分析结果显示:中医护理技术在临床开展百分率超过50%的项目较少,且各医院情况不尽相同;护理人员对中医护理技术的掌握情况也不能与西医护理技术相比;中医护理技术在临床中存在因人力资源紧缺、缺乏相应中医护理操作医嘱、护理人员对其态度积极性较低等诸多问题。结论尽管中医护理技术以其直观安全、收费低廉、创伤小等优点被国内外医患广泛接受,但其目前临床开展情况、护理人员的掌握情况都阻碍了其发展。提示在响应国家号召基础之上,教育培训相关护理人员使其专业化、补充足够的人力完成中医特色护理。

Objective To analyze the present situation of clinical application of TCM nursing technology, to formulate intervention measures and promote its further development. Methods The retrieval was carried out in CNKI, CBM, VIP and Wanfang Database and 258 studies on TcM nursing technology from 2010 to 2012 were collected. Results According to search criteria of literature analysis, finally 11 studies were found and the analysis showed that there were few projects involving clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology that amounted to 50% and these projects varied from hospitals to hospitals; nurses＇ grasp of Chinese medicine nursing techniques was not as well as that of western medicine nursing technology. In clinic, shortage of human resources, lack of corresponding nursing operation orders, nurses＇ low motivation were frequently-seen problems. Conclusion Though TCM nursing which is safe, cheap, and with small trauma, is widely accepted at home and abroad, the current clinical application and nurses＇ mastering of it have hindered its development. Consequently, corresponding training should be provided for nursing staff, which will contribute to the development of TCM nursing.
