摘要
师幼互动是幼儿园最重要的人际关系,是实现幼儿园教学目标的重要途径,也是幼儿教师专业成长的重要促进因素。在影响师幼互动的诸多因素中,教师的角色定位起着至关重要的作用,影响着师幼互动良好环境的创设、互动关系的建构及互动双方的共同发展。所以,幼儿教师应该有意识的转变自身角色,准确定位,提高师幼互动的质量。
