目前,幼儿教师虐童事件普遍存在于中国各省并引起社会各界的关注。我们必须从幼儿教师的生存状况、承担的工作压力、心理健康状况、幼儿教师整体素质和法律监管体系出发来研究诱发幼儿教师"虐童"的原因,并针对性的提出可行的对策。

Children abuse in kindergarten is popular and aroused concerns in China. Only when find the real reasons, sueh as teachers working condition, mental pressure, psychological health, teachers＇ quality and legislative supervision, can we make some effective countermeasures.
