不同剂量阿托伐他汀治疗老年冠心病合并高脂血症的临床疗效

The Clinical Efficacy of Different Dosage of Atorvastatin in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Hyperlipemia

目的探讨不同剂量阿托伐他汀治疗老年冠心病合并高脂血症的的临床疗效和安全性。方法 70例冠心病患者随机分为对照组(常规调脂组)和治疗组(强化调脂组),分别服用阿托伐他汀10 mg/d和20 mg/d,疗程2个月。观察两组血脂改变和不良反应情况。结果两组患者治疗后血清TC、TG和LDL-C水平明显降低,HDL-C明显增高,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但强化调脂改变更为显著(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀20 mg/d可以明显降低血脂,安全性好。

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of different doses of atorvastatin in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipemia. Methods 70 patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipemia were randomly divid- ed into control group （conventional lipid group） and treatment group （intensive lipid-lowering group）. They were treated with ator- vastatin 10mg/d and 20mg/d respectively for 2 months. Blood lipid changes and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed. Results After the treatment, the levels of serum TC, TG and LDL-C of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, HDL-C obviously increased, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）, but the data of the intensive lipid- lowering group changed more significantly （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Atorvastatin 20mg/d can significantly reduce blood lipid with good safety.
