摘要
目的探讨品管圈在急诊护理中的应用效果。方法选取2012年3—12月对急诊患者实行QCC的高品质护理,将护理人员分成几个圈组,在总结平时的护理过程中存在的问题后,确定主题、拟定活动计划,把握现状与设定目标,解析问题、拟定及实施对策的品质圈活动进行质量改进和巩固。实施3个月后,通过比较患者满意程度和住院时间来评价效果。结果该次品质圈活动有效的找到问题,确定主题,分析原因,然后逐条进行改进,使先前的各类问题明显降低,患者的满意度和住院时间明显改善(P<0.05)。结论品管圈提高了护理人员的自信心,增强了沟通协作能力。从而有效降低了各类问题的发生,显著提高了患者的护理质量,使患者满意,更快的康复出院。
Objective To explore the application of QCC in emergency care. Methods The implementation of high quality care of QCC for emergency patients in our hospital from 2012 March to 2012 December was selected. The numing staff was divided into several groups. The groups summarized the problems existing in routine work, then determined the themes of study, made plans of improvement, including the goals, the analysis of the problems and how to solve the problems, so as to improve and consolidate the care quality. The effects were evaluated by comparing the patients" degree of satisfaction with care quality and their hospital stays before and after the implementation of high quality care of QCC 3 months later. Results The QCC activity accurately found the problems, determined the subject, analyzed the reasons that caused the problems and solved the problems, reduced the incidence of the similar problems significantly, the patients" degree of satisfaction with care quality increased and their hospital stays were shorter compared those of before the implementation of QCC activity(P〈 0.05). Conclusion The QCC improved nursing staff's self- confidence, enhanced their abilities of communication and coordination. Therefore, QCC reduced the incidence of a variety of problems significantly, obviously increased the quality of care, and made the patients be more satisfied with care quality and had shorter hospital stays.
