摘要
目的探讨评价α-硫辛酸和甲钴胺治疗乳腺癌放化疗周围神经毒性的疗效。方法收集该院收治86例乳腺癌患者,均行改良根治术及术后辅助放化疗且出现周围神经毒性,根据不同治疗方式分为实验组和对照组。结果实验组有效率83.7%,对照组有效率48.8%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硫辛酸联合甲钴胺治疗乳腺癌放化疗周围神经病变效果明显,无明显循环系统、消化系统的不良反应,值得临床推广。
Objective To evaluate the effects of lipoie acid and mecobalamin in the treatment of peripheral neurotoxieity induced by chemoradiotherapy for breast cancer. Methods 86 patients with breast cancer had peripheral neurotoxicity after undergoing modified radical mastectomy and postoperative adjuvant chemoradiotherapy in our hospital. They were divided into experimental group (n=43) and control group (n=43) according to different treatment ways. The experimental group was given lipoic acid 600 mg intravenously, qd, and mecobalamin 0.5 mg orally, tid, for 2 weeks. The control group was given vitamin B12 2 ml intramuscularly, bid, for 2 weeks, a course of treatment. Rational symptoms and tendon reflexes of the patients were assessed before and after the treatment. Results The effective rate of the experimental group was 83.7%, while that of the control group was 48.8%; the differ- ence was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Lipoic acid combined with mecobalamin has good effects On peripheral neu- rotoxicity induced by chemoradiotherapy for breast cancer without obvious adverse reactions of circulatory system and digestive system, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
