中小企业观重构与中小企业政策调整──对我国中小企业发展战略的思考

Views on Small Firms and Adjustment for Small Firms: A Study on the Strategy of Small Firms in china

本文通过对中小企业在国民经济发展中的地位和作用的分析，指出中小企业在提供就业机会、培植企业家精神、维护市场竞争、激励创新和优化资源配置方面的重要功能。在此基础上，针对我国中小企业发展的现状，指出对中小企业再认识的必婴性，对我国传统的中小企业观和中小企业政策提出了重构和调整设想。最后，对我国中小企业的发展战略进行了研究。

Based on the analysis for the roles of secondary and small firms in national economy, the author has studied the secondary and small firms of China, and points out the importance to release the secondary and small firms again in China. On the other hand, the author imagines to rebuilt the ideas for secondary and small firms while adjust the traditional policies for them. At last, the author gives the strategic methods for development of secondary and small firms in the future in China.
