换位体验对ICU护士护理行为影响的分析

Transposition Experience for ICU Nurses Nursing Behavior Analysis of the Impact

目的探讨换位体验对ICU护士护理行为影响的效果,解决ICU护士在工作中由于自身感受不透彻、操控随意等因素致使患者舒适度下降的问题。方法对该院综合ICU护士进行换位体验,体验期限为7个工作日,观察体验7个工作日后护士更换血压及袖带、度指夹部位以及血氧饱和等所花的时间。结果换位体验前后在各方面都存在差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论从感受的角度对ICU护士做教育与培训,采用换位体验的方式使护士感受到ICU患者的不舒适感与心情,达到促进护士采取良好的护理行为。

] Objective To investigate the ICU nurses care for transposition experience the effects of behavioral effects, solve ICU nurses at work because of their own feelings are not thorough, handling and other factors causing random problem of declining pa- tient comfort. Methods The hospital general ICU nurses transposition experience, experience a period of seven working days, ob- serving nurses experience 7 working days after the replacement of blood pressure and cuff, and the degree of oxygen saturation fin- ger clip sites such as the time spent. Results Transposition experience in all aspects before there are differences, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01）. Conclusion From the perspective of the ICU nurses feel to do education and training, using the experience of the way so that nurses transposition ICU patients feel discomfort and mood, to promote the nurse to take good care behavior.
