On Legal Protection for Particular Group ──Thoughts about Legalaid System

建立与完善具有中国特色的法律援助制度，保护经济困难等特殊群体的合法权益，是社会主义法制建设的一项重要任务。本文从现实出发，概括地介绍了法律援助制度的产生和发展，指明了我国法律援助制度的对象和范围，并就如何进一步完善我国的法律援助制度提出了初步设想。

It is an important task for socialist legal system to establish and improve the legal system with Chinese characteristics and protect the particular group like those poor people.The essay generally introduces the origin and development of the legalaid system in view of reality. It also points out the subjects and limits of legalaid system. It puts forward tentative ideas as for further improving Chinese legalaid system.
