An Analysis of Judicial Independence

司法独立原则作为人类共同的文明成果，已成为一项重要的现代法治原则。司法独立对实现司法公正、惩治腐败和统一市场的形成均有着重要的意义。在我国现阶段，要实现司法独立，必须加强与改善党的领导，理顺司法机关与人大的关系，克服司法权的地方化与行政化。

As a common achievement of human civilization, the doctrine of judicial independence has been universally recognized to be one essential prineiple under contemporary cause of law. The judicial independence plays a key role in the realization of truthfulness of law and elimination of corruption in jurisdiction, as well as in the formation of a common market. In today's China, in order to acknowledge judicial independence, we must offer better support to the Party leadership, smooth the relationship between law enforcement theies and the people's congress, eradicate the tendency of localizing and administering the judicial powers.
