摘要
在"最难就业季"解决数量庞大的毕业生就业问题,需要社会各方力量联动并形成合力,其中有效发挥政府的宏观调控和微观管理职能极为重要。在不同的政府管理理论指导下,政府职能可以不同形式发挥并产生不同效力。新公共管理理论要求政府明确自身角色,并在实施政府职能过程中追求效率、效力和经济的目标。因此在解决大学毕业生就业难过程中,开创性地发挥政府职能具有十分重要的理论价值和现实意义。
Solving the employment problem of huge number of graduates at the "Hardest Job Hunting" needs a joint power from the various social forces which includes such as government, company and family and so on. A- mong the different part the government' s macro regulation and micro management function is extremely important.
