摘要
利用中部两省的数据,运用多元回归分析方法,探讨大学学习经历对大学毕业生初职获得的影响。结果表明:在影响大学毕业生初职获得过程的两大因素中,个人的先赋性因素的影响大于个人教育获得的影响,并且先赋性因素主要以直接影响方式发挥作用;在影响大学毕业生初职获得的先赋性因素中,家庭经济背景发挥着最主要的直接影响作用;学习经历在大学毕业生的初职获得过程中发挥了一定的绩效性作用。总体而言,社会融入的绩效性比学术融入更明显。
Based on the database of the two provinces in central regions of China, the study reveals impact of undergraduates' collegiate experience on the early occupation attainment by using the regression analysis. The re- sults show that, compared with the effect of educational attainment on undergraduates' early occupation attainment, the effect of ascribed factors on that process was more significant, and the later influenced undergraduates' early occupation attainment in a very direct way. Among the ascribed factors affecting undergraduates' early occupation attainment, it is the family economic background that predominantly has the direct effects. The collegiate experi- ence was meritorious in the process of undergraduates' early occupation attainment, compared with the significance from academic involvement that has influenced on that process. In a word, the significance from a social involve- ment was more important.
