Method and Application of Constructing Potential Mobilizing Resources Ontology Model Using OWL

针对国防动员过程中军地双方对庞大的国防潜力资源描述不一致的问题,基于本体论的思想,提出构建基于OWL的潜力动员本体模型的描述方法;该方法按照本体构建的一般流程,通过综合地方资源和部队需求的描述要求,声明统一的描述规则,运用OWL进行形式化描述,完成潜力动员本体模型的构建;以国防潜力资源中的交通运输类为例,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。

Aiming at the inconsistence of local and military for the national defense potential resource de- scription, the paper raised the description method, construction of the potential mobilizing resources ontol- ogy model based on OWL, using the ideology of ontology. The method follows the general processing meth- od of ontology construction and fulfills the construction of potential mobilizing resources ontology model, by integrating the description requirement of local resources and military demand, declaring the uniform de- scription regulation and using OWL for the formalization description. Finally the paper gave a example of the transportation in the national defense potential resource, to verify the feasibility and validity of the method.
