摘要
在动态与静态的视角下,从行政监察机构主体、监察职权与内容以及监察方式这三个维度来探索未来我国行政监察的发展趋势。指出:应完善监察法律法规建设,创新行政监察的方式手段,让行政监察在不断变化的行政生态系统环境中真正对行政权力起到约束的效用。
From dynamic and static perspectives, this paper aims to explore the tendency of administra tive supervision in the future at the aspects of its organizations, duties and methods of supervision. Through perfecting the legal construction of supervision and innovating its methods, it makes adminis trative supervision effective restraint to the power in the changing ecosystem of administration.
