摘要
根据相似理论并结合实际工程要求,对闸门门槽进行了防冰冻模拟设计,建立了闸门防冰冻试验系统,分析并探明影响闸门传热的主要因素。试验结果表明,合理的几何结构参数、高传导率的热介质、先进的加热方式可以有效防止闸门埋件与闸门止水橡皮冻结在一起,保证闸门的正常启闭。
According to the similarity theory combined with actual engineering requirements, anti-freezing simulation for the gate slot is designed. The anti-freezing testing system for the gate is established. The major factors affecting heat transfer of the gate are found out. It provides the necessary technical parameters and scientific basis for anti-freezing design of the gate. The experimental results show that reasonable geometry structure parameters, and high-conductivity thermal medium, and advanced heating method can effectively prevent embedded parts of the gate and sealing rubber of the gate from being frozen together. Then the gate can work normally.
