摘要
以多泥沙河道官厅水库为例,针对水库工程评价和决策中存在的问题,提出了水库工程评价体系,阐述了水库环境补偿问题,指出了将浸没产生的弃耕区改造成永定河污水处理湿地的新思路。
This paper taking Guanting Reservoir on many silt runways as example, in view of the existing problems in reservoir engineering evaluation and decision, the evaluation system of reservoir project, expounds the reservoir environment compensation, points out the new ideas of transforming the immersing abandoned area into the Yongding River sewage treatment wetlands.
