情景模拟在护理专业教学中的实践应用与优势 被引量:10

摘要 情景教学法是指教师围绕教学主题,创设情景并引导学生扮演角色,将事件的发生,发展过程模拟或虚拟再现出来,情景模拟教学能有效饭炼学生的交流沟通能力,临床问题处理能力、应变能力,创新能力,批判性思维能力等。我校教学模拟医院的环境能够更加逼真仿真医院,对护理专业学生实践操作能力提供了强化训练的机会,半业生就业率大幅提高。
