摘要
较之古代社会 ,近代山东的医学教育在内容、形式等方面都发生了深刻变化。西医教育由传教士引进山东 ,并在教会、地方政府的推动下不断得到发展 ;传统中医的传授则逐渐陷入困境。教会所办的齐鲁大学蜚声海内外 ,其医学院实力尤为雄厚 ,在山东的医学教育领域居于非常突出的地位。出色的师资队伍、严谨的学风以及比较稳固、充裕的物质保障是齐大医学院取得成功的重要原因。

Great changes took place in the content,form and other aspects of medical education in Shandong in modern times compared with those in ancient times.The education of Western medicine,which was introduced into Shandong by missionaries,developed steadily under the promotion of missions and local governments.On the contrary,the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine gradually ran into dilemma.Shandong Christian University,founded by missions,won a name for itself all over the world,and its Medical School was especially well-run and played a leading role in the field of medical education in Shandong.The important reasons for the success of the Medical School lies in its outstanding faculty,strict style of study and relatively stable,abundant financial resources. 〔
