单台面固定式计重收费系统动态特性研究

摘要 本文采用实验分析方法,对广泛应用在我国高速公路计重收费及超限检测领域的单台面固定式称重系统的一些动态特性进行了研究。文中给出了单台面固定式计重收费系统需要关注的若干动态特性,重点分析了对设备称重精度有重要相关性的若干机械结构、电气设计、软件设计等方面的影响因素,对其中的部分影响量的作用机理进行了研究探讨。希望对科研院所、法定计量机构及生产使用单位中关注单台面固定式计重收费系统动态性能的朋友有所帮助。 abstract: This article is based on the experimental analysis method to study some dynamic characteristics of single fixed receptor automatic instruments for weighing road vehicles in motion which is widely used in the field of highway project, toll-by-weight and overrun detection of highway in our country. A number of dynamic characteristics of single fixed receptor automatic instruments for weighing road vehicles in motion are also given in this paper. The influence factors of the mechanical structure, the electrical design, software design, which have important relationship with equipment weighing accuracy are mainly analyzed. The impact mechanism of some influence factor was studied. I hope that it is helpful to friends from scientific research institutes,statutory metrology and factories, who are concerned with dynamic performance of single fixed receptor automatic instruments for weighing road vehicles in motion.
