中药内服外涂联合准分子激光治疗寻常型斑块状银屑病的临床研究

Clinical Efficacy of Internal and External of Chinese Medicine and 308-nm Excimer Laser Treatment on Plaque Psoriasis

目的:探讨自拟方活血祛瘀汤,外涂克银膏联合308 nm准分子激光治疗寻常型斑块状银屑病的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将符合诊断标准的患者100例随机分为两组,治疗组采用自拟方口服活血祛瘀汤并外涂克银膏联合308 nm准分子激光的综合疗法,对照组仅使用308 nm准分子激光;观察治疗前后患者PASI评分及不良反应,进行疗效、安全性评价。结果:治疗组总有效率为84%,对照组总有效率为68%,经Ridit分析两组95%的CI无重叠,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟方活血祛瘀汤、外涂克银膏并308 nm准分子激光联合的综合疗法治疗寻常型斑块状银屑病临床疗效显著。

Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Blood-quickening Stasis-dispelling decoction, Grams of Silver Paste and 308-nm excimer easer treatment on plaque psoriasis. Methods： 100 cases of patients conforming to the diag- nostic criteria were randomly divided into two groups, 50 cases in each group. Patients in the treatment group were treated with Blood-quickening Stasis-dispelling decoction, Grams of Silver Paste and 308-rim excimer easer comprehensive therapy; and patients the control group only treated by 308-nm excimer laser. PASI score, adverse reactions were observed to compare curative effect and safety evaluation. Results： The total effective rate was 84.0% in treatment group, and 68.0% in control group; According to Ridit analysis, there was no in the 95% CI between the two groups, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; the difference of adverse reactions between treatment and control groups was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： the clinical efficacy of Blood-quickening Stasis-dispelling decoction, Grams of Silver Paste and 308-nm ex- cimer easer treatment on plaque psoriasis is significant, with safety.
