自拟复方田参胶囊治疗2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗30例临床观察

Effect of Compound Panax Pseudo-ginseng-American Ginseng Capsule on Type 2Diabetes with Insulin Resistance: A Clinical Observation of 30 Cases

目的:观察自拟复方田参胶囊对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的改善作用。方法:将60例2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例。对照组口服格列齐特片与二甲双胍肠溶片,治疗组在对照组用药基础上加服自拟复方田参胶囊。两组均以4周为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后评价疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为93.3%,对照组为86.7%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组胰岛素抵抗指数与空腹胰岛素比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论:自拟复方田参胶囊联合西药常规治疗能改善2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Compound Panax Pseudo-ginseng-American Ginseng capsule on type 2 diabetes with insulin resistance. Methods： 60 patients of type 2 diabetes with insulin resistance were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, 30 cases ion each group. Patient were treated with Gliclazide tablets and Metformin hy- drochloride enteric coated tablets in control group, and patients in treatment group were given Compound Panax Pseudo-gin- seng-American Ginseng capsule as well as the treatment of control group. The treatment course consisted of 4 weeks, and the clinical effect was observed in a treatment course. Results： The total effective rate was 93.3% and 86.7% respectively in treatment and control groups, and the difference was of no statistic significance （P〉0.05）. The comparison on insulin resistance index and fasting insulin showed that the treatment group can provide better effect, with statistic significance （P〈0.05）. Conclu- sion： Compound Panax Pseudo-ginseng-American Ginseng capsule and routine treatment can relieve the insulin resistance of type 2 diabetes.
