我国众多企业在对质量成本的思想认识、管理机制、管理方法等方面还存在着问题。我国企业经营要尽快与国际接轨 ,提高产品国际竞争力 ,应正确认识加强质量成本管理的意义 ,建立起科学的质量成本预测、计划、核算、分析。
