In order to foster talents of multiple abilities in normal colleges and universities,we should broaden specialties,adjust the structure of courses,pay special attention to the education of the quality of capability,and attach importance to the cultivation of the abilities of bringing forth new ideas and scientific researches.Only in doing this can we achieve the expected goal and really put quality education into practice.
